Joy Heier - Artist
Joy Heier is a self-taught artist. Born in New York and a resident of South Florida since 1978. Joy attended the High School of Art & Design and took to art as soon as she was able to hold a crayon. Throughout her childhood, Joy developed an appreciation for all mediums of art from pencil, water color acrylics, oil paint and photography. Always having camera in hand she began photographing “everything” from the time she was old enough to hold a "Brownie" camera which was replaced regularly with the newest equipment of the time.
Years of artistic expression, a love of computers and new technology made it clear that Joy's life would be centered upon her passion for art and computers. It was a natural transition to take her art into the digital realm starting with Photoshop 4 on a PC and transitioning into both the Mac and PC platforms and currently using Adobe CS5 Master Suite for graphic art projects & web design. Joy will bring your vision to life. She is skilled at creating a wide range of artistic pieces, writing, possesses expert level office skills and business management skills
